Deliveries and returns
Terms of delivery
Orders placed on the website can be delivered to Europe or overseas departments wherever you are located.
Please note that the preparation time varies depending on the type of equipment ordered.
When your order is prepared and shipped, it is taken care of by the selected carrier. The delivery time can take from 2 to 3 days for standard delivery (4 days in relay point) and 1 to 2 days for express delivery (with TNT).
You can choose to have it delivered to your home or to a relay point.
When your order and payment are validated, the TeamPulse team sends you an email to confirm your order. You can track your order via your customer account on the website.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your products if they do not suit you. All returned products are refunded to the same payment method as the original order. However, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that in the case of a personalisation of a product, no return will be possible.
Defective or incorrect products
For defective or incorrect products, you can return them for a refund or contact our Customer Service at following address. You can track your return by clicking here and entering your returns number
To return your product, please follow the steps listed below :
1/ Fill in the return form which will be provided to you by our customer service
2/ Send us your products to the address in our general terms and conditions of sale
3/ Keep the proof of delivery showing your parcel number.
4/ Your package will take 3 to 5 working days to be returned to us. Upon receipt, the refund will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5-7 days to see the refund in your account.
Online order tracking
When your order and payment are validated, TeamPulse sends you an initial e-mail confirming your order. You can track your order in your customer area.
When your order is prepared and shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. In this second e-mail you will find a parcel number. By clicking on the link to the order tracking, you can access the tracking of your package. In case of problems, please contact our customer service at following address.
Have you placed an order but not received a parcel?
From the time of confirmation of shipment of your order, the products are delivered in France within 2 to 3 days for standard delivery (4 days for relay points) and 1 to 2 days for express delivery. The delivery time does not include Sundays and public holidays. This time may be extended by two days for Corsica, overseas and Europe..

Important: sublimated orders cannot be cancelled once the order status has been changed to "In production".
