Order
  • What is your return policy ?

    The Teampulse team knows that sometimes things do not happen as planned and it is possible that you want to return your order to make an exchange or even be refunded. (*)

    • You have 14 days to return your order. You must tell us whether you want an exchange or a refund.
    • We do everything we can for you to be reimbursed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item in our warehouse.

    If you request the refund of an article in the deadlines mentioned above but that you can not return to us for any reason, please contact us. However, any refund will be at our discretion.

    (*) For all custom jersey commands, it will not be possible to return the command.

    responsibility

    You have the responsibility for your articles until they reach us, so you have to make sure you have proof of sending in case you need to contact us about your return!

    The Teampulse team declines all responsibility, articles that have returned to us by mistake (this happens!). If we are able to locate items (it is not always possible) and you want them to be returned to you, we could ask you to support shipping costs.

    -> If we find an unusual feedback trend, for example, if we suspect that a client carries the items ordered and then send them back to the goal of obtaining a refund, or it / it commands and returns excessively Articles, or if we find that he / she returns articles that do not correspond to those he / she would have ordered, we may be forced to disable his account and all his associated accounts. If you get you and you think we have made an error, please contact customer service and we will be happy to discuss that with you.

  • What payment methods are accepted on TeamPulse?

    TeamPulse accepts payment by credit card, Paypal and bank transfer.

    Anti-fraud policy

    Each of the accepted payment methods is subject to verification by TeamPulse. We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction, sale or shipment in case of suspected fraud or illegal activity. For more information, please consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale .

    Since we prepare your order as soon as it validates, we can not make any changes. It is therefore not possible to change the delivery option, the delivery address or the method chosen for payment. (*)

    (*) Know that you are always possible to cancel your order and pass a new one instead.
